Presentation Topic:  Sustainability

Presentation Synopsis:  Mayor Battle will discuss sustainability as one topic and the other message from him will be his view of his promotion of economic development under his leadership and how we as citizens and Energy Huntsville can expand and optimize our support of it.

Speaker –  Mr. Todd Wright, Huntsville Soft Net

Presentation Topic –  The Warfighter’s mission challenges relative to energy and how Energy Huntsville members can help.

Synopsis:  Huntsville’s Soft Net’s mission relative to the focus on Special Operations across all of DoD and the challenges the “warfighters” have when carrying out a mission relative to energy.

August 21, 2017 –  Alabama Solar Industry Association (AlaSIA)

AlaSIA will be hosting their inaugural Annual Conference on August 21, 2017 in Birmingham, Alabama.

This conference will highlight the current market for solar energy in the State of Alabama.  Members will determine upcoming state and federal legislative priorities for 2018 and beyond and elect a Board of Directors. A networking session will round out the agenda. The conference is open to AlaSIA members, potential members and interested participants.

Rocket City Summit 2017 brings together energy, resiliency and facilities professionals from around the country to explore partnerships and discuss qualified opportunities to support government partners.
